Totally agree about Phelps. I don't understand at all why he isn't starting. He's got much better numbers than Freddy, but also, Garcia won't be here next year (I would imagine) and this seems a perfect opportunity to see what Phelps can do (while we're this far ahead) and if he can slot in as a starter next year (which I think he easily could).
