Joe Girardi said that Mark Teixeira is about a week away from game action and Alfonso Soriano will play in his first spring game on March 2.

Oh, and Eduardo Nunez was scratched from the lineup due to flu-like symptoms. I guess the illness that Soriano had is making its way around the George M. Steinbrenner Field clubhouse.
