Swift recap: Yankees 5, Orioles 4

Six in a row! This one started out similarly to last night's only this time it was Chris Davis hitting the two-run shot for the Orioles and it happened in the top of the first not the top of the second.

In this game, Andy Pettitte lasted 6.2 innings, gave up four runs (three earned) on nine hits, struck out four and he didn't walk a batter. He earned his 6th victory of the year and evened his record at 6-6.

Shawn Kelley, David Robertson and Mariano Rivera combined to throw 2.1 scoreless innings. They gave up a combined two hits and struck out three. Rivera picked up his 29 save in 30 tries.

Eduardo Nunez, who was activated shortly before the game, was 2-3 with two RBI, including the go-ahead, game winning single in the bottom of the sixth. He also had a sacrifice fly in the second inning which scored Zoilo Almonte and pulled the Yankees to within a run, 3-2.

Robinson Cano, Ichiro Suzuki and Luis Cruz all had RBI singles and the Yankees won their second game of the series and sixth in a row.
