Game 137: Please don't be Hughesless

*****IT'S GAME 137, THE LAST GAME THREAD DIDN'T HAVE THE GAME NUMBER, DON'T CRUCIFY ME. THANKS.***** Happy Labor Day!

Here's your game thread.

YANKEES Gardner 8 Jeter 6 Cano 4 Soriano 7 Rodriguez 5 Wells DH Granderson 9 Reynolds 3 Romine 2

WHITE SOX de Aza 7 Beckham 4 Ramirez 6 Dunn 3 Konerko DH Garcia 8 Gillaspie 5 Danks 9 Phegley 2

I should really know better than to mention this but Phil Hughes has pretty good numbers against the White Sox batters. Paul Konerko has had the most at bats against Hughes in the past five years (14) and he's batting .214. Of course, if Hughes loses today, you can blame me for the jinx. I'll accept it.

The Yankees will be facing Jose Quintana who earned a no-decision in his last start in an eventual win by the White Sox over the Astros. This will be his second career start at Yankee Stadium.
