What Would You Offer for Jose Quintana?

The White Sox are shopping Jose Quintana, and the price is high. The Astros attempted to trade for him, and here is what Chicago wanted in return:

That's a lot! And it should be, because Quintana is very good. The 27 year-old lefty has been worth 4.5 wins on average per season since 2013, 7th best in baseball. He is signed to a team-friendly deal for the next four seasons, and is coming off his strongest ever performance.

Should the Yankees try and offer a similar package? The Yankee equivalents of Martes, Tucker, and Musgrove are probably Luis Severino, Aaron Judge, and Justus Sheffield. I think I would do that trade, although I wouldn't add much more on top of it.

Would you? What would be your best offer for Jose Quintana?
